Sunday Morning at the Park

A few Sunday's ago, the whole family was awake, had eaten breakfast and was ready to go by 7:30 am, so we went to the park. As you can imagine, we were the only family there, and Katelyn kept asking, "Where is everybody?" She couldn't seem to grasp the concept of 'sleeping in.' Too bad (at least for weekends).

Matthew has really taken a liking to swinging.He liked it when Katelyn made this firetruck bounce too.

I can't remember what Katelyn did to need some discipline, but Dad took a creative approach to time outs and put her in a tree. It worked, although Dad hurt his back hoisting her up there. Take care when implementing this type of discipline, or find a lower branch.
