Last weekend we went to visit Grandma and Grandpa C. The varieties of fun was endless! They put Katelyn to work first thing decorating cookies. Sprinkles on rice krispie treats and powdered sugar on some brownies. 
The neighbor is kind enough to let Katelyn use his swingset. The kids didn't care that it was cold and snowy. (That's neighbor little Doug in the other swing...not Matthew.)
They also have a big backyard that was full of snow. Matthew and Grandpa.
Then Matt got stuck in the snow...again. "How do I keep ending up in this predicament?"
There was some sledding.
And snowman making! Daddy did most of the work, as you can probably tell by the symmetry.
Katelyn really liked the snowman.
They have a treadmill too, which we discovered had potential for tiring out kids.
There was also reading. It was a good, well rounded visit.
