Matt has this knack for getting sick whenever I leave town. Last trip to Canada was croup, a trip to a tradeshow last year brought pink eye. He continued the trend this time with an ear infection that ruptured his eardrum. Dad mentioned he was pulling on his ear Friday, and Saturday morning I saw just a little bit of flaky stuff on his ear. I called the nurse and we went to visit Dr. Tim at 10:45. The receptionist and nurse looked at me as if I were making it all up as Matt happily watched and talked about the fish and listened to a story. Dr. Tim proved it with a 2 second look in his ears. Little guy must have a pretty high pain tollerance! He's back on the pink stuff and continues to act fine.
